The first song promos of Jism 2 have released! Watch the promos at your own risk- if you don't already know, they do have a Punjabi-Canadian porn star in them (Sunny Leone)
So, as expected, Sunny Leone looks as revealing beautiful as everyone expected her to be in this film. I don't really have much to say about the videos except Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh, the two male leads, both look super weird. And then there's Sunny Leone in that red dress...*
But hey, the music is good! Which is almost a given, considering that it's the "sequel" (is it really a sequel?) to Jism (2003) which also had awesome music, such as Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai and Awarapan Banjarapan. I definitely like the first Jism 2 song better, yeh jism hai toh kya, but the second song, Abhi Abhi has K.K. singing in it, which makes the album two for two so far!
The only thing I'm wondering is why they didn't release a trailer before they released the songs. I mean, the song promos aren't as interesting if the public doesn't have any inclination of what's going on in the movie (in my opinion). But I guess they (director/producer Pooja Bhatt and her father Mahesh Bhatt) are banking on Sunny Leone's 'star' power for the promos. Which seems to be working, the Yeh Jism promo is almost at one million views on Youtube! Anyway, nine years later, jism returns...
*Fun fact: The Yeh Jism promo was given an A certificate by the Indian Film Censor Board, which means that it's not allowed to be shown on television.
